- Inventory Management: Monitor and reconcile inventory records, ensuring accurate valuation and adequate provisions. Conduct periodic inventory audits and provide insights on inventory-related cost impacts, obsolescence, and carrying costs.
- Costing Systems and Processes: Develop and maintain robust cost accounting systems and methodologies. Implement standard costing systems, cost allocation models, and cost tracking mechanisms. Evaluate and enhance cost accounting processes for accuracy and efficiency.
