You’ll then receive access to our secure client portal to upload your resume and supporting documents. Once the draft is delivered, you’ll have the opportunity to review and share feedback, with communication handled via email and scheduled touchpoints as needed. We then complete revisions within your revision window and deliver final, polished files in both Word, PDF, and text formats.

For our Entry-Level and Professional packages, the first draft is typically delivered within 3 business days once we receive your completed intake and materials.
These packages include a 7-day revision window after your draft is delivered, so we can refine and finalize the resume with you.
Executive and federal resume packages are more comprehensive and may take longer. We confirm expected timing at the start of your project.

If you do not receive an interview request within 60 days of receiving your final resume, we will rewrite your resume once at no additional charge on select packages.
To qualify, you must apply to relevant jobs, meet job qualifications, provide proof of applications, notify us within 65 days, and follow all listed conditions. This guarantee applies only to resume rewrites and excludes other services.
