ClearPointHCO Refund & Satisfaction Policy

Thank you for choosing ClearPointHCO for your career services. Our work is highly personalized, and we invest significant time and expertise into each engagement. To balance fairness for our clients with the professional nature of our services, we follow the policy below.

Refunds before work begins

Clients may request a full refund within 5 calendar days of purchase, provided that work on the initial draft has not yet begun or an initial draft has not been delivered. To request a refund during this period, please contact us in writing (email).

Once writing has started / after draft delivery

Once your writer has begun working on your documents and/or your initial draft has been delivered, fees become non‑refundable because services have been substantially performed and customized to you. At this stage, our focus is on collaboration and revisions to ensure the quality of your documents, rather than refunds.

Revisions and satisfaction

We will work with you through our standard revision process to refine your resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, and any related documents within the agreed project timeline. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and timely, clear feedback to support successful revisions.

Service usage window

All services must be initiated and utilized within 90 days of purchase (for example, submitting questionnaires and background information, scheduling consultations, and reviewing drafts). If you do not engage with the process or provide the necessary information within 90 days, your order may be closed and considered fulfilled, and no refund will be provided.

Digital products and coaching add‑ons (if applicable)

Downloadable templates, guides, and similar digital resources are non‑refundable once delivered. Coaching or consultation sessions that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and are non‑refundable.
