The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is the primary leader of all financial activities within the organization. The CFO develops financial strategies and manages the entire budgeting process, including forecasting, planning, and analysis. The CFO also oversees all accounting operations, including financial reporting. The CFO makes recommendations regarding investments in technology and human resources to improve efficiency and profitability. Instructs staff on proper accounting practices and monitors compliance with applicable laws and regulations relating to financial operations. Acts as a liaison between senior management and external auditors.

- Develop and execute the organization’s financial strategy, including the development of short-term and long-term plans, budgets, forecasts and forecasts for growth.

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting processes, including the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels within the organization.
- Ability to build strong relationships with investors and other stakeholders, as well as an understanding of their needs.
- Understanding of business operations or experience operating at a high level in a company or organization.
