
With extensive and diverse Human Resource experience, Norman, as the Chief Operations Officer, is uniquely qualified to provide the functional leadership and business acumen necessary to support the needs and growth of our clients’ businesses.
Previously, Norman served as a Chief Human Capital officer and has been accountable for all facets of HR, Quality Programs, Training, and Facilities worldwide.
Norman has a vast list of experiences, including his tenure at APAC, a publicly-traded call center corporation providing services from 9,600 seats located across 20 call centers in the U.S. and the Philippines. During his tenure there, Norman served in various roles, maintaining responsibility for all facets of Human Resources, including employee relations, information systems, compensation, benefits, training and development, and recruiting. Norman also facilitated the planning of the company’s opening of its Philippines-based contact center and the introduction of a companywide performance management system with a complex succession planning and management development training program. In addition, Norman spent 24 years at Exelon Corporation, where his various assignments covered Education, Management Development and Training, Human Resources Operations, and Labor and Employee Relations.
