Lisa is a well-rounded HR executive who brings more than 20 years of experience to our team. Prior to joining ClearPointHCO, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources at American Hospital Services Group (AHSG). Lisa also held several leadership positions in companies that included APAC Customer Services, Movie Gallery USA and Canada, Hollywood Video, and Crescent Heights. Her diverse skills include compensation and benefits, executive recruiting, employee relations, and performance management.
Lisa received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management from Arizona State University and her Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resource (PHR) by the Society for Human Resource Professionals (SHRM). Lisa is a member of SHRM and Femfessionals.
