SUMMARY:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will work with a team of Account Managers to provide sales support for clients. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, creating and executing strategic plans, and helping the company to achieve its goals.

FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:
- Manage accounts of high-priority customers and ensure that all services are performed in accordance with the agreed upon terms and conditions.
- Communicate with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the services rendered by the company and to identify problems or concerns.
- Create business plans for assigned accounts, taking into account their unique needs and requirements, as well as the company’s overall objectives for growth and profitability.
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring that they meet legal requirements and are fair to both parties.
- Coordinate sales meetings between executives in your company and prospective clients, as well as follow up on potential leads generated by these meetings through phone calls or emails sent directly from your office computer system (this being a more effective way of closing sales than using social media).
- Report to management about any issues or changes that may affect the company’s ability to meet client needs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in a client-facing account management role.
- Experience in selling to a variety of clients, including small businesses.
- Experience managing a team.
- The ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make recommendations based on research and data analysis.
- Strong ability to work with clients and build relationships
- Proficient in MS Office (Office, Excel, PowerPoint), Slack, PowerPoint, Drop Box, Google Teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to speak in front of large groups of people (public speaking)
- Self-starter who can manage his/her own workload and meet deadlines
- Ability to travel as needed, including overnight stays
