FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:

- Analyze existing manufacturing and production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.

- Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards.
- Design and maintain quality control systems to monitor product quality throughout production.
- Equipment Selection and Maintenance:

- Identify and address equipment issues to minimize downtime and production disruptions.
- Environmental Sustainability:
- Promote sustainable practices within processes, including energy conservation, waste reduction, and emissions control.

- Process Automation:
- Identify opportunities for automation and the integration of technology in manufacturing processes.
- Design and implement automation systems to enhance efficiency and reduce manual labor.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process specifications, quality control records, and compliance reports.
- Provide clear and detailed documentation for project stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in process engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree may be preferred for more senior roles).
- Proven experience in process engineering, process optimization, and quality control.
- Proficiency in process engineering software, simulation tools, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders.
