- Technology Utilization: Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and digital tools to optimize operational processes. Recommend and implement appropriate software, systems, or tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management. Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and changes.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or other statistical analysis software.
- Familiarity with process mapping techniques and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
