FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:

  1. Process Design and Improvement:

  4. Equipment Maintenance and Optimization:

  5. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Teams:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to support product development and manufacturing objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree may be preferred for senior roles).
  • Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, process design, and quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in manufacturing software, process simulation, and quality control tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
