SUMMARY:

FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:
- Process Design and Improvement:

- Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control measures to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Develop and monitor inspection and testing procedures.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance and Optimization:
- Oversee equipment maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal performance.

- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Teams:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to support product development and manufacturing objectives.
- Communicate project progress and findings to team members and management.
- Cost Analysis and Budgeting:

- Manage manufacturing budgets, track expenses, and control resource allocation.
- Lean Manufacturing and Process Efficiency:

- Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process instructions, manufacturing records, and compliance reports.
- Provide clear and comprehensive documentation for production and quality control.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree may be preferred for senior roles).
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, process design, and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in manufacturing software, process simulation, and quality control tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
