FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:

  1. Maintenance Planning:

  2. Team Management:
    • Recruit, train, and manage maintenance staff, including technicians, custodians, and groundskeepers.

  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
