FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:

  1. Maintenance Strategy:

    • Establish maintenance priorities and long-term planning.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and lead a team of maintenance managers, supervisors, technicians, and support staff.

  3. Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the maintenance and facilities budget, optimizing resource allocation and cost control.
    • Negotiate contracts, obtain quotes, and oversee vendor relationships.
  4. Preventive Maintenance:
    • Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and longevity of equipment and systems.
    • Schedule routine inspections, service, and repairs.
  5. Equipment and Asset Management:
    • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of machinery, equipment, and systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building structures.

  6. Regulatory Compliance:
