A Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) is a healthcare professional who provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:

1. Initial Assessments:

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound nursing judgments.
• Comfort with using technology for electronic documentation.
• Reliable transportation for home visits.
