A Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) is a healthcare professional who provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Home healthcare or community nursing experience is beneficial.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound nursing judgments.
- Comfort with using technology for electronic documentation.
- Reliable transportation for home visits.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
