FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:
- Educational Assessment:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of educational programs, curricula, and student performance.
- Analyze assessment data to identify areas for improvement.
- Recommendations and Strategies:
- Develop and present recommendations and strategies to enhance teaching methods, curriculum design, and student support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement suggested changes.

- Provide training and professional development opportunities for teachers and educational staff to improve instructional techniques and classroom management.
- Stay current with educational trends and research.
- Parent and Student Guidance:
- Offer guidance to parents and students on educational choices, such as selecting the right school, college, or academic programs.

- Special Education Services:
- Work with students with special needs, assessing their educational requirements and developing individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with educators and specialists to ensure the successful implementation of IEPs.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Prepare and present reports to educational institutions and stakeholders.
- Program Evaluation:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, counseling, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus).
- Proven experience in educational consulting, teaching, or educational administration.
- Strong knowledge of educational systems, pedagogy, and instructional methods.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and educational assessment tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
