FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:

  • Manage all aspects of business operations: sales, marketing, customer service, human resources, finance.
  • Establish and manage budget for each department.
  • Oversee hiring processes to ensure high quality candidates are hired.
  • Work with executive team to create strategic goals for each department.
  • Ensure that these goals are met by monitoring progress and providing feedback on how they can be improved.
  • Managing the financial status of the company by monitoring expenses, revenues, and budgets.
  • Managing human resources by hiring new employees and firing employees who do not meet performance standards.
  • Creating and maintaining processes that allow different departments to work together effectively.
  • Create annual budgets for all departments in the company and make sure they stay within those budgets.
  • Manage the company’s finances, including bookkeeping and accounting.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent. MBA is preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in operations management, including 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, and prioritizing skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written).
