The Administrative Analyst is a key member of an organization’s administrative team, responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and supporting decision-making processes. FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:

  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  2. Process Improvement:
    • Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within administrative processes and procedures.

    • Collaborate on special projects and initiatives, working with cross-functional teams.
    • Create project plans, track progress, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Policy Development and Compliance:
    • Assist in the development and enforcement of administrative policies and procedures.
    • Ensure that policies align with industry standards and legal requirements.
  5. Budget Analysis:
    • Analyze budget data and financial statements to track spending, revenue, and cost-saving opportunities.
    • Provide recommendations for budget optimization and cost reduction.

    • Effectively communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Administrative Support:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data analysis, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus).
  • Proven experience as an administrative analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software, spreadsheets, and database applications.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Project management and time management abilities.
  • Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic IT troubleshooting.
