FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:
- Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within administrative processes and procedures.

- Create project plans, track progress, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Policy Development and Compliance:
- Assist in the development and enforcement of administrative policies and procedures.

- Analyze budget data and financial statements to track spending, revenue, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide recommendations for budget optimization and cost reduction.

- Administrative Support:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data analysis, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus).
- Proven experience as an administrative analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis software, spreadsheets, and database applications.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
