A Pinnacle Award winning visionary, he has worked for, and led various Human Resource departments within fortune 500 companies including the following: Telerx Marketing, Inc., A subsidiary of Merck Pharmaceutical; Nationwide Insurance; Dayton Hudson Corporation; APAC Customers Services, Inc.; Hardees Food Systems, Inc.; Long John Silver’s; and Xerox Corporation. With extensive and diverse Human Resource experience, Norman, as the Chief Operations Officer, is uniquely qualified to provide the functional leadership and business acumen necessary t o support the needs, growth of our Clients’ business.
In his previous life, Norman has served as Chief Human Capital officer reporting to the President. He has been accountable for all facets of HR, Quality Programs, Training and Facilities worldwide.
Norman's has a vast list experiences including his tenure at APAC, a publicly traded call center corporation providing services from 9,600 seats located across 20 call centers in the U.S. and the Philippines and specializing in sales and customer service programs designed to improve financial performance and increase customer loyalty. During his tenure there, Norm served in various roles providing him with the opportunity to oversee all facets of human resources including human relations, information systems, compensation, benefits, training and development and recruiting. Norm was involved in planning the company’s opening of its Philippines based contact center as well as the introduction of a company wide performance management system, succession planning and management development training program. In addition, Norm spent 24 years at Exelon Corporation where his various assignments covered Education, Management Development and Training, Human Resources Operations and Labor and Employee Relations.

Bobbiette's passion is working as a career strategist, coaching men and women to identify their career skills and strengths using a proven methodology. This provides prompt results for those in career transition. In her experience, many people are afraid to let their brilliance show through, and it is her great ple asure to help them discover and showcase their talents.
She is no stranger to career transition and outplacement. As a Certified Executive Recruiter more than nine years, Bobbiette assisted several hundred people to pursue a career change. lWith 15 years invested in her professional career, Bobbiette has earned the Pacesetter award several times as well as other top awards. Her work experience includes more than six years of experience as a Certified National Executive Recruiter with Management Recruiters International, one of the largest and most successful recruitment organizations in the world. She also has Several years experience in direct sales which positions her well in her role as the Vice President of Sales.
Bobbiette's skills allows her to offers a wide range of programs and services, from individual and group coaching, to seminars and keynote speeches. She specializes in coaching attorneys, mid-managers to the VP level and those at a career cross roads. She helps them to find and utilize their skills to achieve job satisfaction and an appropriate career fit.

Lisa J. Hayden

Lisa spent the last 16 years as a Human Resources leader at a Fortune 500 research-driven pharmaceutical products company. During this time, she honed her skills as a leader in Organizational and Employee Development, Change Leadership, Executive Coaching, Diversity, Retention and Organizational Effectiveness.
During her early career at Merck & Co., Inc., Lisa spent several years developing leadership skills in the Resea rch Division prior to making a deliberate and strategic move to Human Resources. Once there, she partnered with a variety of clients, including those in Research, Technology, Manufacturing, Finance, Sales and Marketing, becoming an expert at defining and adapting human resources strategies during periods of changing business priorities and within diverse work environments. This makes her a valuable strategic partner in the constantly evolving business world.
As the Vice President of Human Resource Optimization, Lisa's accountabilities include direct partnership with our clients to provide executive coaching, training and employee relations intervention. Lisa’s key strengths are her ability to develop and grow strong business relationships, quickly interpret business priorities, then understand the Human Resources components needed to successfully coach and develop the executives in those organizations, thus enabling them to fully meet core business goals and objectives.
