With over 23 years in the Human Resource discipline, and five plus years of Operations experience, Anaba has a holistic understanding of business imperatives from both sides of the fence.
A Pinnacle award winning visionary, he has worked for, and led various Human Resource departments within fortune 500 companies including the following: Telerx Marketing, Inc., A subsidiary of Merck Pharmaceutical; Nationwide Insurance; Dayton Hudson Corporation; APAC Customers Services, Inc.; Hardee’s Food Systems, Inc.; Long John Silver’s; and Xerox Corporation. The combined total of experience in Human Resources, inclusive of our other consultants exceeds 50 years!

Lisa is a well rounded HR executive who brings 16 years of experience to our team. Prior to joining ClearPoint Human Capital Optimization, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources at American Hospital Services Group (AHSG). Lisa also held several leadership positions in companies such as APAC Customer Services, Movie Gallery USA and Movie Gallery Canada; Hollywood Video, and Crescent Heights. Her diverse skill sets include, Compensation/Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Executive Recruiting.
Lisa received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management from Arizona State University and her Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management from University of Phoenix. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resource (PHR) by the Society for Human Resource Professionals (SHRM). Lisa is a member of SHRM, Greater Valley Forge HR Association, Femfessionals, and the Mainline Chamber of Commerce.

With extensive and diverse Human Resource experience, Norman, as the Chief Operations Officer, is uniquely qualified to provide the functional leadership and business acumen necessary to support the needs, growth of our Clients’ business.
In his previous life, Norman has served as Chief Human Capital officer and has been accountable for all facets of HR, Quality Programs, Training and Facilities worldwide.
Norman has a vast list of experiences, including his tenure at APAC, a publicly traded call center corporation providing services from 9,600 seats located across 20 call centers in the U.S. and the Philippines. During his tenure there, Norm served in various roles, including responsibility for all facets of human resources including human relations, information systems, compensation, benefits, training and development and recruiting. Norman’s also facilitate the planning of the company’s opening of its Philippines based contact center; the introduction of a company wide performance management system, succession planning and management development training program. In addition, Norm spent 24 years at Exelon Corporation where his various assignments covered Education, Management Development and Training, Human Resources Operations, Labor and Employee Relations.
Known for his ability to “get things done”, he delivers and implements effective and practical business solutions that address a variety of human capital, strategic, and operational needs.
Norman’s key strength includes maintaining effective working relationships, establishing processes and auditable procedures, as well as reducing costs across all levels of an organization. Norman has over 30 years in HR and operations.
